ALERT: Delivery driver who threw a package at a cat sitting on a porch shows up to apologize while the cat's owner is being interviewed.
Opie's owner says the cat has been limping and more skittish since the driver threw the package at her face.
The delivery driver said, using a translator app, "So what I came to do was to apologize to the person, to show my face because I'm telling you I'm not someone who likes trouble, let alone cats."
The owner replied, "You had no right to hurt my animal… You should not be throwing packages in general, let alone at an animal."
The delivery driver tried to apologize more before the woman asked for his identification.
Police and animal services arrived, but no arrest was made.
