I did get all my money back, finally. It just took forever. That being said, I’ve spoken to others eh back with more traditional banks that have says the same thing about the time frame. My only complaint is they should’ve realized they were fraudulent charges as they were coming in from the same merchant one after the other, other banks have called or asked if they were authorized and you have to approve and you CANNOT talk to a human on the account. The cash is a great feature though!
