Can @British_Airways find their most competent customer support agents (if they exist) to contact me regarding this booking? 4 phone calls being promised a refund on a booking they changed and they’ve still not providing me with the form I need 2 get my refund… absolute scammers
Do not book w/ @British_Airways. They changed our connecting flight to a time that won’t work with our next flight and we can’t amend the flight as the website for changing flights is broken (shows two flights that aren’t ours &says no flights available for any date)

@British_Airways we phoned customer support and they suggested we turn up on the day to the airport and see what they can do about it then! Unbelievable

Asked ChatGPT to summarise my paper and it did a pretty good job. Then asked it to provide me with the full reference to the paper and it got it all wrong except for the journal and title. Even generated a false DOI.
Can anyone shed any light on this necklace that was my great great aunt’s? I think it’s a hand-painted photograph (daguerreotype?) but also wondering if this style of necklace has a name and was popular at some point? Or was Auntie Polly just unusual wanting to wear this? 😅

Almost finished @authordlewis book on Judy, the only dog POW of WW2, whilst Emmy sleeps by my side. Reading about everything Judy & co went through makes me so grateful (& cuddle Emmy extra tight). Definitely recommend this book & am looking forward to Smoky the Brave next!

Matt gave me this #DavidGentleman print after I passed my PhD viva. It’s the BMA in London where I gave my first presentation during my PhD with @seahaCDT. He bought one on eBay but it was damaged by Hermes en route so he emailed David Gentleman to ask if he knew any1 selling 1/3
any 2nd hand as a shot in the dark. DG replied that he still had 1 in his studio at his house + kindly offered it to Matt at the price of the eBay one (v discounted for a new print!) I love DG’s art, always admired it @ Charing X station and in his books. It’s a special gift 2/3
