Build Update!!! This week, we made progress across product development and research and here's what we've been up to: → sales and team payouts are now available on staging → scheduling and forms are now working on staging → Google Analytics integration is currently in progress → we're getting ready to onboard our newest beta tester → we continued market research to explore business problems and opportunities for Luna9 with so much to test, fix, and ship to production, we get no rest for the weekends but we hope you have a great one!!

One of the updates we worked on recently was bringing background checks directly into chat. Here's what this means for a solo operator in plumbing or hospitality: before committing to a new supplier or vendor, there's research to do opening tabs, searching for scattered information, comparing what you find, and hoping you haven't missed anything important. that research is part of running a business, too, and it can get tedious. With background checks included in Luna9, you can research suppliers and vet vendors directly in chat, without having to piece together every part of the process from scratch. We did this because the question isn't just whether information exists online it's how much work it takes to find it, assess it, and use it to make a decision.

I was showing a plumbing business owner Luna9 the other day, and he started talking as if he was giving it instructions, without me prompting him to he’s scaling his business, so I guess his mind was already going to what he could get done with it he asked if Luna9 could work that way, and I got to show him that voice notes are available throughout the app honestly, these are the kinds of interactions I find interesting when we’re building people are already thinking about how they want to use the product, and sometimes that takes the conversation beyond what you planned to show them

A need we identified in web3 native business owners is the ability to manage salespeople that may be working on commission. This is something that is built into #LUNA9, and the roadmap is pretty clear. Calculations and attribution, then payouts and sales rep portals. (Attainment, quotas, all that jazz)
