Robert Kessler says he'll take life in prison as long as he gets a Philly cheesesteak with onions, mayonnaise, & fries.
Kessler is charged with first-degree murder and abuse of a dead body.
Kessler, 74, who was representing himself but has since changed his mind, is accused of murdering and dismembering the body of 47-year-old Stephanie Crone Overholt.
Hoping to save taxpayers' money, Kessler said he would plead guilty for a Philly cheesesteak.
The effort was unsuccessful.
