At the Kindergarten Invention Convention, students collaborated to create @kinazium mazes, applying the engineering design process. They used @SpheroEdu Indi cars to code and navigate through their mazes and then presented to parents, teachers and students!

Our 4th/5th grade students taught PreK and 1st grade students how to use @Ozobot The students completed the Run, Turkey, Run math challenge and then created some of their own mazes. #coding

Inspired by musical album covers that use animals, ss were introduced to #ArtificialInteligence art. SS learned that AI isn’t always successful and you have to very precise with directions. They used the website craiyon.com to create their own animal inspired covers.

Students in second grade listened to the book, “That’s Not My Name”. We discussed the importance of others saying our name correctly and researched what our name means. We used #CLIPS and will be sharing our videos with each other next week.

SS in Kindergarten listened to the story Knuffle Bunny. We discussed how the author @MoWillems used REAL bnw photos and then added his colorful drawings. SS took a picture of an object they wanted, changed the filter to bnw and then used markup to add their special character. 🐇
