Supporting Those Who Keep Our City Moving.
On Monday, colleagues from our Dubai office came together for a volunteering activity in partnership with “Companies for Good”, packing and distributing care gift bags for Talabat drivers as a small gesture of appreciation for the work they do every day across our community. After assembling the bags in the office, volunteers headed out to personally hand them over to drivers in the area, taking a moment to thank them for the role they play in keeping our communities connected and moving every day.
It was a simple activity, but one that reflected the power of coming together to make a positive impact. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to support the initiative.
Industrial fundamentals strengthened into Q3 2026, with rental growth persisting across key logistics hubs. Occupiers continue competing intensely for a limited pool of immediately available Grade A warehousing space, according to Matthew Green, Head of Research.
