Some genius stuff happening in Jefferson County WV today where the school board declared eminent domain over Rockwool's factory site to build a student center.
Instead of taking a $1M+ offer, the Danes sued the BOE.

Did you know that over that same 50 year lifetime, just ONE @ROCKWOOLInt factory can emit 7,650,000 tonnes of CO2, 23,600 tonnes of VOCs, 19,650 tonnes of HAPS, and all manner of toxins & particulates right next to an elementary school? (And they have 45 factories. Do the math)
