Bryan Cranston reflected on the death of his "Breaking Bad" co-star RJ Mitte, who played his son on the hit series and died by suicide at age 34 earlier this month.
Speaking at a Broadway opening in New York City on Wednesday, Cranston said Mitte's death left him shaken for days. He recalled that the two had been trying to arrange to meet before Mitte died and wondered whether his former co-star had wanted to talk to him about something.
"If you feel depression, it's a real thing,” he added. “You're not alone, and there's help to guide you through.”
If you or someone you know is in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Klopp on Jota: “When I heard about Diogo’s accident, I was in shock and I couldn’t even speak. I didn’t ask how, I didn’t ask where; I just stopped what I was doing and tried to come to terms with it. To this day, I must admit, I still haven’t really managed to do that.
“I said yes, that I wanted to talk about Diogo, to think about him. However, now that we’re talking, I can see that I’m not ready for it.
“I’ve spent most of my life talking, but now I’m just hanging by a thread, lost for words.”

Alan Ritchson has quite the year
First, He came out that he is Bipolar
Then he gets into a viral street fight with a neighbor over motorcycle noise (with his kids watching). Police later ruled it self-defense after bodycam footage showed the neighbor shoving him first.
Then he keeps going hard on politics calling Trump a rapist and con man, ranting about the Epstein files, and drawing backlash from a lot of his more conservative Reacher fans. Studios have reportedly told him to shut up about politics so he doesn’t keep alienating people.
He’s also been linked to superhero roles for years (he famously blew a Thor audition by not taking it seriously). Lately he’s been in talks with DC about something that isn’t Batman, but nothing concrete has locked in.
In September he announced he and his wife of 20 years are splitting up (they filed earlier and tried to reconcile first). They’re co-parenting their three sons.
Probably caught him cheating or something and now he is sorry
And now he’s out here casually belting Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature” and going viral for it.
Wild year. what do you think he will do next?

If you've ever tried committing suicide, you'd understand that the stage of being so positive, is one of the last stages.
Nothing works and everything is crumbling. But you are desperately trying to find just ONE reason to keep going.
All it takes is one trigger to cut the last thin thread you are hanging on. And in the case of RJ Mitte, it was the financial betrayal of his manager.
.
.
Kindly pay attention to the people around you that are show unprecedented bursts of "positive vibes and energy"
Monitor them closely and that's the time to not let them out of your sight.
It's often one of the last stages of suicidal acts.
.
.
But if you are reading this and you have suicidal thoughts, before you commit anything, let's first talk and chat.
Please reach out to me anyhow you can. I'd love to see the memories you've created on Earth and share mine with you as well.
No judgements whatsoever. Let's just share good memories with each other and perhaps see if we can create some more on this Earth. Perhaps it might give us a reason to hang on a little more
Perhaps

Text messages revealed that RJ Mitte struggled to find meaningful acting roles after the success of 'BREAKING BAD.'
“I’m looking for interesting things to do; I get a lot of scripts where I’d just be an accessory, with no depth, three lines at most. I’m writing my own stuff now.”
By August 2022, his frustration had only grown.
“I’m only doing animation; nobody wants me on screen… it’s bullshit, very irritating.”
He also described being overlooked by casting directors because of his disability.
“When I audition for a role, sometimes they tell me the character isn’t disabled, and I think: why can’t the character be disabled?”

As a huge Breaking Bad fan, this one genuinely hurts. 💔
RJ Mitte, the actor who brought Walter White Jr. to life, has died at just 34 years old.
Breaking Bad is one of my favourite shows of all time, and Walt Jr. was such an important part of what made the White family feel real. While Walter was slowly destroying everything around him, his son represented the innocence, love and family his father claimed to be doing everything for.
Watching Walt Jr. discover who his father really was remains one of the most heartbreaking parts of the entire series. He wasn’t just another character in the story. He was a son who loved his dad and had to watch that image of him completely fall apart.
And RJ Mitte brought something special to that role. Drawing from his own experience living with cerebral palsy, he gave the character an authenticity that meant something beyond the screen. He also used his platform to advocate for disability representation and inclusion.
What makes this even sadderhg is how young he was. Thirty-four. He still had so much life ahead of him, so many opportunities to explore, and so much more he could have given the world.…🧵
