You don’t need a recruiting profile… You need an up to date X page. That’s where college coaches doom scroll looking for talent. They’re not scrolling through recruiting company profiles or YouTube… But getting seen is only half of it. You still have to DO the process — the emails, the follow ups, the plan. LADIES: No one watches, talks about, or gossips about you harder than your haters—and most of the time, they don’t even know the full story. Take it as confirmation they’re not your people. The right people are too busy building, growing, and moving forward to sit around talking about someone else. So thank them for the free attention and keep going. While they’re watching, you’re building and winning.

Successful pitchers have elite spin direction and command of one primary pitch, along with an elite changeup they can throw for a ball or a strike. Extraordinary (top ~25) pitchers have elite spin direction and command of two pitches plus a changeup. When someone says they have more than that, I kind of laugh—because you only see it a handful of times, usually with World Series–level arms. And if you do—prove it on video Rapsodo on your X account… you’ll get recruited real quick.

As a coach, I have to do a better job of showing players how to "Show up". It is so much bigger than what I think a swing should look like.

1. Reframe the Environment The batter's box isn't a place where bad things happen to you—it's where you get to DO something. Shift from "What if I fail?" to "I get to compete." Name it out loud before you step in: "This is my opportunity."

How RECRUITING actually works👇 • Give coaches the info they need WHEN they want it • Be so good they show up for YOU College Coaches don’t chase tournaments… They chase players worth watching.

Why do 12 year olds throw 5 pitches? And can’t consistently hit their spots.

If you’re playing MIF at the national level… 👉 You should be in an 11.5 or 11.75 glove. Anything bigger, & your transitions will be too slow.

Stop blaming your swing, it’s your inability to adjust and compete that is the problem.

If you are trying to fix your swing mid season you are going to struggle in games. You should be working on fixing your 🧠!!
