Chelsea and United can’t play in wet weather. Someone check the forecast for next week.

Bournemouth lead at Old Trafford. Next week might just get a lot worse before it’s started if he’s sacked…

Since the start of March, Chelsea have lost more games in all competitions than any other side in Europe's big-five leagues… [@OptaJoe] Erm…?!

We're currently on +5 vs same games as last season. It should be +7 or +8 right now. Given our points total was low last season we need to be getting into double digit improvement ASAP to outdo the wrongs of last season. Chance to go back to +8 next week. Huge game.
United game is a must win. Non negotiable at this point. Should be winning midweek too as a counter response but the fact United is at home is added pressure. Annual 6pts against Tottenham has already been eaten into.

🤦‍♂️Xabi Alonso left more questions than answers after last night. The choice to play without a recognised striker and then to persist with it, is a huge flag. Tottenham dominated every area. My comment for @AbsoluteChelsea roundtable.io/sports/soccer/…

Caicedo: “We need to be focused during the whole game because if you switch off for one second, you get punished. We need to learn from this because we need to stop this from happening and we need to maintain the clean sheet for the whole game.” [chelseafc]

🚨Alonso: “We all take the blame for the result, for the performance. Today we were not at our best. I thought second half the game was even, was a moment that could have gone either way.” [chelseafc]

Can’t get over that game yesterday. I don’t think I will for a while, there’s losing whilst trying and then there’s losing miserably with no intent to put a foot on the game. Completely different to what we saw against Bournemouth and Everton.

Gary Neville on Palmer's first yellow: “I think that could be a red. If this wasn't at Stamford Bridge, I think it's a red.”
Cole Palmer will be available for Man Utd but he will count himself lucky after escaping what could have been a direct red which would have caused further damage.

That tackle on Caicedo is a red card offence but Palmer needs to fix up discipline wise. Was lucky to be on the pitch last week and now this week he carries it on. One of our senior leaders can’t be doing this on a consistent basis.

Again our players just have the petulant habit rather than being smart with tackles, if Caicedo rolls around he gives the ref a decision to make. Then we will go and surround the ref for something so minor.

Next week I’m gonna watch Bruno Fernandes and them lot roll around on the floor. Buy free kicks, waste time whilst we will be the ones to do something stupid. Need to learn how to read situations.

Were we more interested in creating TikTok reels with our set pieces today? The free kick in the first half had my head gone.

Sort of game that needs an apology. Every single person in the stands. In front, behind, to the left, to the right, about 5 rows away were in agreement we needed a striker on that pitch and whatever we were trying was not working, could see that from minute 20.

I’ve had time to think and question whether it was a reactionary take or not but I don’t think it is. Chelsea shouldn’t ever be content with having 32% possession at home, let alone to a side who only won their first game on Monday.
Single handily the worst managerial performance I’ve seen at home. Unacceptable.
