It’s been (and continues to be) an epic day of #ncfc travel. Trains badly impacted and a couple of A11 closures to contend with too for those that travelled by car/bus.
Thank goodness there were 3 points to show for it. Stay safe.
A half of two halves (quarters I guess). #ncfc struggled to cope with the predictable Charlton storm, really poor goal to give away. But they didn’t go under and fought back with some signs of promise. Big spell ahead at start of second half. Could City subs make the difference?
First #ncfc fans arriving at The Valley. A fair few of the 3,000 might not get here because of trouble on trains. Let us know how your journey has been.
Big calls from big Phil with Grimshaw, Darling & Kvistgaarden starting.
Vlad, Cordoba and Makama on bench
Congratulations to Teemu Pukki on a remarkable career.
Remember when we had a Pukki Party ahead of his final game for #ncfc?
You can still hear it on @BBCSounds @BobRutler

It’s been amazing to meet David & Tobi.
David needed a stem cell transplant after cancer treatment in 2020. He’s recently met and become friends with his donor who turned out to be a Bayern Munich fan from Germany. They’re now friends. @DKMS_uk

It’s going to be an emotional one. Spotted Gary Holt and Craig Fleming heading into the ground earlier. A round of applause for Michael coming up before kick-off this afternoon.
A wonderful tribute to Michael Wynn Jones from Nigel Worthington, coming up on @BBCNorfolk.
He’s one of many #ncfc heroes here today to support Delia Smith.

Please please spread the word about my self produced independent podcast The Commentators Curse
Currently in Series 2, each week I speak to fellow commentators about THEIR story of how they came to be in the mad industry we work in.
Lots of top names and wild stories! ⚽️
Just spoken to Clement after #ncfc 5th straight defeat.
Most interesting thing was his annoyance at the lack of impact from players off the bench. Says it might be a case of using ‘more defensive profile players’ but ‘who can run and press the distances you need to win games’
Yep. Makama, Maghoma, Mahovo & Musaba potentially all on the pitch together. A Carrow Road tongue twister in prospect.
As a non-baker, I finally got the chance to ask a Bake Off contestant about what really matters in the kitchen.

Thanks to the @OTB_pod_ncfc team for having me on this week’s episode. Always enjoyable.
Still convinced I must have forgotten an obvious one for my top 25. Too late now…
No football? We’ll celebrate Chris-mas instead 🥳

Thank you to @edballs, former #ncfc chairman, for sharing his memories of Michael Wynn Jones with us at @BBCNorfolk
Very sad news this evening. Best wishes to the family and all who knew Michael.
Everyone at Norwich City is deeply saddened by the passing of our honorary life president, Michael Wynn Jones.
Michael died peacefully at home on Monday morning, aged 85. He will be greatly missed.
His family are grateful for the wonderful care provided by the community nursing team at St Elizabeth Hospice.
Our deepest condolences are with Delia and Tom, and with all of Michael’s family, friends and loved ones.
At the family’s request, we ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.
A baffling first 8 games for #ncfc. Only West Ham and Southampton have scored more, only Preston have lost more, only Burnley have conceded as many. Some great stuff and some really worrying stuff.
Having commentated on 19 goals in a week I don't know what to make of it anymore
