The 🐻’s get hot down the stretch to secure a runner up finish in the North Georgia championship at Crystal Falls. Our team score of 299 is the best team score in a couple of years. Jin closed his round with back-to-back birdies. Perpetua birdies his last hole.

Matthew Jin is our @AndrewsATL Cool Under Pressure Award recipient for his play last week. Matthew, a 2-time winner of this award, posted three scoring rounds in tournament play last week, including leading the team in scoring for both rounds of the GA Southern Invitational.
Max Sweeney is our @SurcherosFresh Fresh Mex Master of the week. Max, a 2-time winner, turned in a 73 to earn low medalist at Fairfield Plantation in Carrollton.
Great showing by our JV team at the Carrollton JV Invite with a runner-up finish just one stroke off the lead. Great performance by Max Sweeney to finish as low medalist with a 73 on his card. Great job, Bears!
Balls are officially in the air this morning for round two of the Georgia Southern Invitational in Statesboro. Reece Sweeney pipes one down the fairway on #15, his first hole of the day.
