Day 3 of the 2026 ASBC-CIBD meeting and we hosted our final session on issues and opportunities in distilling. Moderated by Dr Chris Smart, the panel included Emma Walker, Brad Berron and Molly Troupe and discussed topical issues like market demand for spirits, regulations, non-alcoholic spirit and RTDs and also their one wish for the distilling industry if they had a magic wand. A fantastic interactive discussion that brought together perspectives from academia, craft and large scale spirits industry. #asbccibd2026
