Have you been to the Scottish Ornithology Club? @ScottishBirding treated us to a peek around their beautiful library & gallery yesterday. So many treasures to see 😍 my faves were hand-painted bird-inspired happy families & bird observations from Scottish Lighthouses. It's ace!
We had a fantastic time @DADbookbinders yesterday, we learned new skills and gained so much confidence in repairing books. Thanks so much to everyone in the workshop, you were so welcoming and supportive 🤩 Our broken books are now treasures again 🥰
Looking forward to this.
We are delighted to welcome award-winning novelist, playwright and performer Alan Bissett on 10 June. Our final @CILIPScotland event of this session will take place via MS Teams.

SQUEEE… I am so excited to be joining a select group of @CilipsEast members for a workshop @DADbookbinders this afternoon.
What a fantastic opportunity to learn about book repair and (for me) get some advice on a very special book made by my dad at art school in the 60’s.
Do you have an old tome in need of repair? We would like to help!
Free workshop with expert support.
Sounds like just what you need? Please contact Julie in the email below for more info… 👍
