Now my Hyundai Customer Service case manager is not responding to emails! Sent at least 4 and nothing, nada, zip! He is complacent in the way South Shore Hyundai has treated me. Where is the accountability? The company has really gone downhill! @Hyundai @SouthShoreHynd

Will NEVER go to South Shore Hyundai ever again. Monae Lowe,the service manager and Damion Hunter,service advisor, are the absolute worst! Horrible Customer Service! Unreliable & dishonest. @Hyundai @SouthShoreHynd

It's very telling when a dealership doesn't respond to a case manager from Customer Service within their own Hyundai company. Imagine how they treat actual customers! Monae & Damion from South Shore Hyundai are the worst! @Hyundai @SouthShoreHynd

SS Hyundai has horrible customer service! Trying to get my remote start reinstalled since 11/25 after it was removed in May w/o my knowledge. Monae & Damion are unprofessional,incompetent & dishonest @SouthShoreHynd @Hyundai

Hyundai in VS has horrible customer service! Trying to get a remote start reinstalled after they removed it fixing my car in May. They continue to give me the run around since Nov. 25. They need to contact my insurance & give them an estimate. @JohnStaluppi @Hyundai
