I’m posting 2 drills for the weekend! Here’s my 2nd. Pound between between. Working on balance and control while challenging yourself! Don’t worry about making mistakes! Work at it! It’s about progress! Do as many reps as you like! Both hands. Stay positive! ❤️❤️❤️
Talent plays a part of your success, but there are many other pieces to the puzzle, team culture being a much larger piece. More 🏆 from @bechampionminded ... if you don’t follow him and you compete at anything, you probably should!🏐💙

The more teammates that view things this way, the more success that team will have
We tell our own children and the athletes we coach all the time, ‘Be a good teammate.”
Well, what does that mean?
What does one do to make him or herself a great teammate?

Members of our Clash Family are not here just for volleyball. Skills learned from coaches, parents, and other players carry over into school, workplace, and life in general. Want to be successful on the court? Continue to develop those skills!

Introducing a small but immensely significant change to our logo. Adding Ashley’s initials encourages our athletes to live and play with the effort, heart, and enthusiasm that Ashley did. Ashley may be gone, but she will never be forgotten

Important to understand... winning and culture... on GREAT teams, one causes the other... on Wannabe teams, it’s in reverse. Make sure your team is traveling in the right direction!

Power reminder for #MothersDayWeekend:
"When I grew up,
I woke up every day
and my mom was there.
I took it for granted.
She’s never tired –
or she never showed it.
Be as tough as your mothers.
They show up all the time.”

Just because practices don’t start for 10 more days doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be getting mentally ready for the season! #clashvbc #allforoneandoneforall instagram.com/p/Bqhg3AqHpar/…
