🔔 MEDIATION MONDAY
Every conflict has a story waiting to be heard. This Mediation Monday, we reflect on the power of listening as a vital conflict transformation skill. In times of conflict, people often listen to respond rather than to understand. 1/3
Deep listening creates space for parties to uncover underlying concerns, reduce defensiveness, & engage in meaningful dialogue that can lead to constructive & lasting solutions.
How has listening or the lack of it shaped a conflict you have experienced or observed? 2/3
Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
Be sure to look out for our monthly Mediation Monday posts.

International Day of Peace reminds us of the importance of building a world where dialogue, understanding and cooperation take precedence over conflict.
The CMA reflects on the role of mediation in bridging divides, fostering understanding & advancing sustainable peace.
As we continue to mark International Peace Week, we recognise that peace is not built in a day; it is a commitment we carry forward every day.
