BREAKING NEWS: Miami-Dade County has announced a $3.9 million marketing package with @RockstarGames to promote GTA 6 at county facilities.
Themed lighting will be shown at PortMiami and MIA, as well as promotional displays at pedestrian walkways at the airport. Traffic signal cabinets across the county will also be wrapped in the iconic gradient.
A separate advertising purchase with media partners will also add GTA 6 promotion to the county’s transportation system (Metromover, Metrobus, Metrorail)
@MayorDaniella: “With millions of people around the world waiting for this release, we have an opportunity to make sure Miami-Dade benefits from that attention. These agreements allow us to turn that excitement into additional revenue for our community.”
The $975,000 Welcome to Vice City sign on Kaseya Center roof is part of that $3.9M deal. Funds will benefit the Dan Paul Plaza public park behind the arena

The easiest Miami sports investigation I have ever taken on.
I recently visited a house in Miami owned by a Heat player. (My client was the prospective buyer). The house was the scene of a bankruptcy in action.
The player was at the end of his career. Selling the house at a significant loss after just a few years of owning it. Important to note: Miami single family over $5M is one of the best performing segments of the real estate market here. He managed to lose money on a house in a market that shot up. Amazing.
Easily over $5M of cars in the driveway (I am not exaggerating). And three rooms full of mostly sneakers. Thousands of pairs. It was mind boggling.
The listing agent started to extoll the virtues of the driveway, saying how nicely cars fit. My buyer, who can buy the whole thing in cash, deadpans that he does not have a car.
The contrast was rather poetic, in a tragic sort of way.

What happened in Brazil should be studied in Political Science courses for decades!!
The working class people realized billionaires were rigging the news they saw and did a 180 and completely flipped. And made fun of the billionaires in the process.
That’s why Trump’s pissed

Hear me out... Miami is about to become the most visited city on earth for a reason that has nothing to do with taxes or crypto.
It’s the Vice City 🌴 effect.
✍️ We’re looking at a 6-month cycle of absolute chaos. Here is how the timeline plays out:
1. The Pre-Game: Right now. The smart money is positioning. Those settings up businesses, tours, and vice city branding... you're in play.
2. The Quiet: Thanksgiving to Christmas. Everyone is at home, locked into their consoles. This is the time as a business owner to focus on branding, AEO/GEO/SEO, and offers... while teasing your audience. The content needs to drop here.
3. The Surge: January 2027. Millions of people who just spent 100 hours in a digital Miami decide they need to be on Ocean Drive for real!
If you think tourism is peaked, you aren't paying attention to how gaming drives real-world behavior.
We always outside, but next year... the whole world is coming to our backyard.
Stop sleeping. Start prepping.
