NEW: #RobertDurst was hospitalized per his attorneys. Durst, the real estate heir that was the focus of the HBO doc series "The Jinx," was charged with the murder of his friend Susan Berman.
Durst appeared in an LA County Superior court yesterday.

The judge overseeing this case is obviously laughing in the background.
Durst is present in court. There was an issue with his wheelchair yesterday and that's why he was absent according to the court.
