Chain of custody means documenting the movement and control of election materials and digital assets. Who handled them? When were they transferred? Who became responsible? Those records help identify gaps, detect unauthorized access, and investigate an incident. Ask your local election office: How are ballots, equipment, and digital assets tracked whenever they are handled or transferred?

🚨 WARNING: If you have a parent or grandparent in a nursing home or memory-care facility, you need to pay attention to this. An investigation in Wisconsin raised serious concerns about ballots cast by nursing home residents whose mental capacity had declined. Now, the federal government has issued guidance reinforcing protections for vulnerable voters after allegations of unlawful voter registrations in Texas and the Wisconsin investigation. Nursing homes cannot register residents to vote or complete mail-in ballots on their behalf without proper knowledge, consent, or authorization. The Election Integrity Network is warning families to pay attention to who is entering these facilities and assisting residents with their ballots. Who is helping your loved ones vote? Are outside political groups being allowed in? Are residents actually making their own decisions? Every resident has the right to vote, decline to vote, and choose who assists them. Nobody should be making that decision for them. Protect their rights. Protect their vote.

June Carmichael had an absentee ballot cast in her name in 2020, yet she couldn’t remember voting or identify the president. Her family isn't sure whether she understood, consented, or chose freely Nursing homes shouldn't be free-for-all ballot harvesting

Vote IN PERSON on ELECTION DAY!!
So why vote on election day and vote in person. These are to actions that can reduce the capability to rig an election. Voting on election day reduces the ability of any nefarious group to produce statistical data on how many fraudulent votes are needed to win a contest. Voting in person, confirms your vote is valid because you show an ID when you cast your ballot in person. But there is a major second benefit that most to do not understand. In mail in voting states, when you vote in person you should always bring your mailed ballot with you. Do not present it. Ask for a ballot to vote and follow the instructions to cast the new ballot issued in the voting center. If you are told, you already cast your ballot, you may have just uncovered a crime. In this case you must follow a procedure. You let election officials (head manager), know you did not cast a mail in ballot. You can tell them you have your mailed ballot with you, and this could be a crime. The crime would be identity theft. Not voter fraud, you do not have evidence of that. Next important step. Call your sherifs office (not 911) indicating you may have evidence of identity theft, and would like a deputy to verify the evidence and create a record for investigation. Show the deputy your mailed ballot, but do not give it up. It is your evidence. This action will force a county investigation on who cast the ballot in your name. @heidiganahl @COIFFEtable @TheRMVoice

Longmont Peeps!! Vote NO on Ranked Choice Voting.

@Longmont wants to be like Boulder so much that it wants permanent single party rule with rank choice voting. Rank choice voting is the best way to fix an outcome without actually casting fake votes. 🚨🇺🇸 COLORADO VOTERS: WHAT IF THEY SAY YOU ALREADY VOTED?! 🗳️🔥 Here's what Colorado voters should know! 👇 📬 1. KEEP YOUR MAIL BALLOT? If you vote in person, you can leave your mail ballot unused — even unopened! Colorado does NOT require you to surrender it to vote in person. 🇺🇸 2. VOTE IN PERSON! Election Day is NOVEMBER 3! You can also vote early at a Voter Service and Polling Center. Bring acceptable ID. 🚨 3. THEY SAY YOU ALREADY VOTED?! If you absolutely KNOW you didn't, don't ignore it! ✋ 4. ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR! Stay calm, professional, and persistent. Tell them: "I did NOT cast a ballot, and I want this investigated." 🗳️ 5. ASK ABOUT A PROVISIONAL BALLOT! If officials cannot resolve the discrepancy, ask how to cast a provisional ballot and how its status will be verified. 👮 6. SUSPECT IDENTITY THEFT OR FRAUD? Report your concerns to your county clerk and, if appropriate, your sheriff's non-emergency line. DO NOT call 911 for a non-emergency election concern. 📬 7. PRESERVE YOUR EVIDENCE! If you still have your original unopened mail ballot, tell investigators. Keep records of your conversations and request information about submitting evidence. 🔎 8. DEMAND ANSWERS — NOT DRAMA! A record showing a ballot was returned is a reason to investigate if you didn't return it. It is not, by itself, proof of identity theft. 🔥 BE POLITE. BE PERSISTENT. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! 🇺🇸 YOUR VOTE. YOUR VOICE. YOUR RIGHT TO ASK QUESTIONS! Check your voting information at GoVoteColorado.gov. #ElectionIntegrity #ColoradoVotes #KnowYourRights #ProtectYourVote #Election2026

“To say I’m outraged is a massive understatement.” Michelle Byram discovered her mother, Kathy Lennon, had voted absentee at a Bangor, Maine, care facility in 2016—after seeing an “I voted” sticker. Her mother had Alzheimer’s. Michelle questioned whether she understood the choices: “I’m pretty confident that she couldn’t even name a candidate.” Officials said municipal staff administered voting and that Alzheimer’s alone did not disqualify her. Michelle’s experience carries a clear lesson: Families cannot assume how voting will be handled. Ask questions before ballots arrive. Who offers assistance? How is consent confirmed? Are the voter’s own instructions followed? Can they freely decline? Download the Protecting Vulnerable Voters Toolkit linked in the comments and help strengthen safeguards in your community. Protect the person. Protect their choice. Source: Bangor Daily News bangordailynews.com/2016/11/…

The states that refuse to cooperate with DOJ are very happy to hand all of their voter roll data over to ERIC-an NGO who then shares that data with other groups. This isn't about protecting citizen privacy. This is about protecting dirty voter rolls.
We @CivilRights have requested the voter rolls of ALL 50 states. 1/3 of the states cooperated, and 2/3 didn’t (including CA). @TheJusticeDept will continue to enforce federal laws, such as VRA, HAVA, and NVRA, to ensure free and fair elections for ALL Americans!

The Antrim County 2020 forensic report by Allied Security Operations Group claimed Dominion electronic voting machines showed a 68% error rate and were “intentionally designed with inherent errors.” Michigan officials, a hand count of the paper ballots, and later independent expert review attributed the initial reporting discrepancy to human configuration error, not intentional design or widespread fraud. The paper ballots were the verifiable record. This is why local citizens matter. When electronic systems produce confusing logs, missing adjudication records, or disputed results, only observable paper ballots and public processes let Americans check the work themselves. Learn the process, request records, and get trained on hand-count observation in your county. CauseOfAmerica.org

Colorado early ballots right now (as of Oct. 20, reported Oct. 21): 📦 585,485 ballots already turned in 🔵 Democrats (registered): 194,551 🔴 Republicans (registered): 142,162 ⚪ Unaffiliated: 242,319 If we assume the expected 60-65% of those Unaffiliated ballots go Dem and 35-40% go Rep: 🔵 Dem-leaning total: ~352,000 (about 60%) 🔴 Rep-leaning total: ~227,000 (about 39%) That’s roughly a 125,000-ballot head start for the blue side on the ballots already sitting in the pile. 😬 Most people still haven’t voted. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 (drop box or in-person after Oct. 26 is the safe play). Your move, conservatives. 🗳️🔥

No intent to investigate??🤔
"No... that was not their reaction... they didn't even look at the list... they just announced publicly they have no intention of conducting any investigation... we're just going to ignore this and they went ahead and sent them ballots and that is why the Department of Justice sued them on Friday." UNSURE OF VOTING TO RETAIN JUDGES ON YOUR BALLOT? Voters may see a long list of Judges on their ballots and wonder how to “vote”. When asked the question “Should I use the website  judicialperformance.colorado… as the best tool for evaluating a judge?” a thought to consider is “How trustworthy is a government website in providing independent and truly non-partisan evaluation?”     Although the website contains “evaluations of performance” for all listed Judges appearing on our ballots, it is difficult to have faith in the process to provide a believable evaluation.  In fact, under the “Commission Recommendation” column, all that is stated is “Meets Performance Standards”, as in…”nothing to see here; just vote to retain”.  Clicking on each individual Judge’s name provides a detailed write-up.  Based on survey responses and interviews, we are assured that…”everything is fine”.  The last paragraph is focused on the individual’s resume (which has nothing to do with an honest and effective performance evaluation).   Note that each evaluation is done by “The State Commission on Judicial Performance”, which is supposed to provide “non-partisan performance reviews”.  However, the majority of the “Appointing Authorities” listed in a roster of members of the Commission are, in fact, quite partisan.  Is this a case of “the fox guarding the hen house” where there is no moral responsibility to document anything negative?
