Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%.
In 2022, the government banned those bulbs for "wasting" energy.
But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls).
Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children).
Here I show what that research found and why Senator Mike Leeās bill to bring these bulbs back, which has now cleared a Senate committee, matters.š§µ

I hate to be this cynical, but Iāll be honestā¦running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streetsā¦thatās not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape.
Many times I wondered if the cityās problems werenāt beyond the reach of any politicianās capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that canāt be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesnāt really mean a thing.
I am not kidding about the demons in LA btw.
My best friend works at McDonaldās and some dude tried getting her to be his sugar baby while she was handing him his order in the drive thru.
My other friend was on a film set and one of the actors tried getting him to be in her p0rno outta nowhere while he was helping her down a hill.
And I was acting in a film where I learned one of the stuntmen was invited to this house and they were trying to get him into a cult while doing a bunch of demonic rituals.
Bunch of unclothed men in bed. No clothes at all. He immediately left.
Not to mention Iāve been followed and attacked by drug addicts. I know people who were almost killed.
DONT COME TO LA. DONT DO IT.

A patient tells their doctor, my arm started losing feeling two days after the vaccine, and now Iām losing feeling in my chest and Iām having trouble breathing. The doctorās answer is that it couldnāt be the vaccine.
Thatās the argument happening in exam rooms right now instead of the one that should be happening. Nobody is asking which vaccine, or when, or what we should be doing to help this personās body recover. No doctor anywhere is working on how to stop a vaccine injury once it starts, how to keep something like transverse myelitis from spreading through the whole body and paralyzing someone.
There should be an entire field of science dedicated to treating adverse reactions as they unfold. Instead our doctors and scientists have spent decades looking away, and an entire group of people has been injured and had their lives destroyed in the dark. Thatās not fair. Itās not right. It is not humane.

More than 30,000 acres of Colorado land has been set aside as a lasting habitat for wild horses.
At present, over 230 formerly confined mustangs move freely through the Wild Horse Refuge outside Craig. Spanning 46.8 square miles, the site is nearly twice the size of Manhattan. The landscape features canyons, rolling hills, wooded areas, bluffs, and natural water sources.
No confined paddocks, holding pens, or enclosed pastures exist here. The animals form free-roaming bands and receive ongoing veterinary attention from the full-time medical team of the Wild Animal Sanctuary.
A large number were gathered from public ranges during official roundups and kept in government holding facilities. The refuge restores them to surroundings that closely match the open country of their birth.
Most originated in the nearby Sand Wash Basin and Piceance-East Douglas herd management areas. Located roughly 30 miles from Sand Wash and 40 miles from Piceance-East Douglas, the refuge offers terrain familiar to the horses.
The effort started with the acquisition of 22,450 acres in 2023 and has since grown past 30,000 acres. Its managers call it the biggest mustang sanctuary in the nation. In March 2026 the Bureau of Land Management placed Coloradoās wild horse population at 1,669 animals. The agencyās upper management limit for the state stands at 827.
Across the country the same agency recorded an estimated 85,466 wild horses and burros on federal lands, more than three times the maximum target of 25,592. The BLM maintains that rapidly expanding herds can outstrip forage and water supplies, harming the range and endangering both the horses and other wildlife.
Supporters of the horses question the agencyās methods. They contend that roundups, especially those conducted by helicopter, produce stress, injuries, and fatalities. Many favor broader application of fertility-control measures so that herds can remain stable on public land.
The refuge supplies an alternative for animals already taken from the range. Instead of individual adoptions or extended stays in corrals, the horses stay together in social groups and range across thousands of acres under supervised care.

The citric acid in your food is grown on a black mold. Pfizer figured out how to mass produce it and it's how Pfizer learned to make penicillin.
Nearly all of it, about 2 million tons a year, comes from a fungus called Aspergillus niger fed sugar in steel tanks. The mold eats the sugar and gives off citric acid. The acid gets filtered off, crystallized and sold as a white powder. A Pfizer chemist named James Currie got it running at scale in 1919, and by 1939 a pound had gone from $1.25 to 20 cents. The deep tanks Pfizer built for citric acid are the ones it used for penicillin in 1941, when it was the only company making it by fermentation.
About 60% of it is made in China, and the US has had tariffs on Chinese citric acid since 2009 at the request of ADM, Cargill and Tate & Lyle.
Sprite, Gatorade, Hunt's tomatoes, Kraft mac and cheese, Pillsbury frosting and the liquid eggs on a hotel line all have it. It's the most used acid in food because it's cheap, it's sour, it keeps cut fruit from browning, and it holds pH where bacteria don't grow.
A 2018 paper described 4 people who reported joint pain and swelling after eating foods with manufactured citric acid, but the authors wrote that nothing had been proven. No large scale controlled study has been run since.

We once considered a Cholesterol Level of 350 perfectly normal & healthy.
Then it was lowered to 300.
Then to 240.
Then to 190.
Now doctors want your levels as low as statins can force them ā no matter what.
Every single time the āsafeā number drops, millions more healthy people are suddenly labeled as needing medication.
This isnāt medicine. Itās a business model. Statins generate over $22 billion every year.
The truth is, the cholesterol hypothesis has been heavily questioned for decades. The famous Framingham Heart Study that helped launch the fear actually showed that for every 1 mg/dL drop in cholesterol per year, there was an 11% increase in both coronary and total mortality.
Large reviews of elderly populations (over 68,000 people) found that those with the highest LDL cholesterol lived the longest.
Yet studies on statins show they extend average life expectancy by only about 3.2 days.
Lowering cholesterol harms the body because cholesterol is essential. It forms every cell membrane, protects your brain, produces hormones, and helps repair arteries.
Statins come with a long list of serious side effects, including:
- Liver inflammation & damage
- New-onset Type 2 diabetes
- Heart failure & cardiomyopathy
- Vertigo, dizziness, cognitive impairment
- ALS, aphasia, dementia & Alzheimerās
- Cancer
- Pancreatitis
- Parkinsonās
- Muscle tearing & rhabdomyolysis
- Fatigue, weakness & neuropathy
- Hormone deficiency
- MS, epilepsy & clinical depression
Real culprits behind heart disease: chronic inflammation, seed oils, excess sugar, and processed carbohydrates ā not cholesterol itself.
Your body makes most of its cholesterol for good reason. Forcing it dangerously low can create more problems than it solves.
Share this with anyone being pushed toward statins.
Higher LDL in the elderly is linked to longer life in multiple studies.
The constant lowering of ānormalā cholesterol numbers benefits drug sales far more than patients.
Food is medicine. Real healing starts with what you eat.

Dr. Jack Wolfson, Cardiologist: "The higher your Cholesterol, the longer you live... if you have low Cholesterol, be very afraid."
"The worry over total Cholesterol & heart attack risk is a fallacy from the 60s & 70s."
"Do not fear total Cholesterol, in fact for people older than 60, the higher the total Cholesterol, the longer they live."
The Research Is Clear. The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live.
LDL serves an important & vital purpose for vibrant health. LDL contains the antioxidants Vitamin E, CoQ10 & Carotenoids that kill off free radicals. This reduces inflammation & oxidative damage, which are the true causes of cardiovascular disease.
LDL is a transport carrier molecule, is preventive of disease & crucial for our immune system. It is the carrier for all fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K.
Healthy Cholesterol Is Needed For A Thriving Life:
Prevents dementia & cognitive decline.
Protects against all cause mortality.
Production of all steroid hormones.
Necessary for muscles & bone density.
Protective against stroke & heart disease.
Important for lungs & airways.
Building block of all cells & mitochondria.
Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Critical for digestion & bile acids.
Immune system protection against infections.
Lowers risk of cancer & death.
Lowers depression & suicide.
Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety.
Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 1.5

šØBREAKING: New Paper Reveals How mRNA "Vaccine" Materials Could Spread From Vaccinated to Unvaccinated People
We identified TWO distinct forms of mRNA vaccine shedding: internal transcriptional spread and potential human-to-human transfer.
1. HUMAN-TO-HUMAN SHEDDING:
Studies have detected vaccine SPIKE PROTEIN and mRNA on or within circulating exosomes MULTIPLE YEARS after vaccination.
Exosomes are naturally present in bodily secretions:
BREAST MILK: Vaccine mRNA already DETECTED within exosomes in human breast milk, documenting its presence in a secretion naturally transferred from vaccinated mothers to their infants.
SALIVA: Exosomes confirmed; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
EXHALED BREATH: Exosomes confirmed; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
SWEAT: Exosomes detected; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
Exosomes can deliver genetic material into recipient cells capable of altering cellular activity. These findings establish the biological basis for potential human-to-human transfer routes.
Adding to these concerns, an observational study found associations between proximity to vaccinated individuals and menstrual irregularities among unvaccinated women.
Despite these findings, whether vaccine-derived materials can transfer between individuals through saliva, exhaled breath, sweat, or other bodily secretions has NEVER BEEN DIRECTLY TESTED.
2. TRANSCRIPTIONAL SHEDDING ā INTERNAL SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE BODY:
Following mRNA vaccination, human cells manufacture spike protein, which can be broken into fragments, released into the bloodstream, and transported throughout the body inside exosomes.
Our paper identifies TWO potential mechanisms that could extend this process:
CELL DIVISION (MITOSIS): When spike-producing cells divide, their daughter cells may inherit vaccine-derived proteins and other altered cellular materials, potentially extending their effects across generations of cells.
CELL-TO-CELL SPREAD: Exosomes can transport spike-related materials to distant cells that NEVER received vaccine mRNA directly, disrupting their normal biological functions.
Together, these mechanisms suggest a SELF-REINFORCING CYCLE of molecular dissemination:
SPIKE PRODUCTION ā FRAGMENTATION ā EXOSOME RELEASE ā CELLULAR DISRUPTION ā FURTHER SPREAD
As vaccine-derived materials spread between cells, they interfere with five interconnected biological systems: blood coagulation, innate immune sensing, tumor-suppressor signaling, cellular receptor regulation, and interferon signaling.
The possibility of sustained cellular disruption and human-to-human exposure demands IMMEDIATE testing.
In the meantime, a HALT to mRNA technology is warranted to protect innocent bystanders from potential shedding.
