Olympia Teplice, a shopping centre in the Czech Republic, has expanded to 43,000 m². The new building holds BREEAM Excellent certification, energy class PENB A and a ~700 kWp PV plant – saving hundreds of tonnes of CO₂ annually.

CPI Hotels has opened a new Clarion Congress Hotel in Brno. With 200+ rooms and capacity for 1,300 guests, it is now the largest congress hotel in the region.
