Change of practice in ED-SCLC. Significantly improvement in OS based on the DeLLphi-305 study presented by Jacob Sands at 2026 ESMO. This is the new standard of care. Median OS 21.1 months!!!. Thrilled to share updated results from JNJ-6143, the AR-BRD4 RIPTAC therapy, presented by @BGarmezy. Totally novel MOA was well tolerated, oral pill and produced significant benefit for pts (PSA90 50%, ORR 68%). P2 trial active now and more coming. Lots of potential!

ENERGIZE: Another negative perioperative IO trial in MIBC.
Nivo + GC β cystectomy β nivo failed to improve EFS (HR 0.94, p=0.67). OS HR 0.88.
Notably, split-dose cisplatin was allowed and 77% had cT2 disease. Again, excellent outcomes in the control arm.

Sub-group analysis are tricky. #RAS302 ORR (24%/50%), PFS (HR 0.48/0.54) and OS (HR 0.49/0.32) for met #PDAC G12D/V #KRAS seem reliable. Data leave me w/questions about efficacy for non-G12D/V. Some pts could benefit. BCIR / Inv β
