Unpopular Hurricane fan opinion:
✅FSU was the better team last night
✅Noles lost because Norvell is a riverboat-gambling moron who should’ve taken two easy field goals that would’ve put Miami in a hurt locker
✅The last call of the game is clearly disputable. If the refs ruled it a catch, it was supportable. But the rules about replay are what they are re overturning a field ruling. Cry if you must
✅On the play before, FSU held. It’s on video. The call was made before the ball was thrown. Cry more.
✅If Miami plays Notre Dame like this, the Hurricanes will lose
✅It’s hard to see Miami winning a natty, primarily because the defensive secondary’s pass coverage is too weak and the upfront pressure on the QB isn’t strong enough to compensate for it
✅Shannon Dawson’s addiction to diving the A gap contributed to UM not scoring on the last drive of regulation time. The run game is meh compared to the high quality of the runners. It will be a problem against higher-caliber teams
