We recently delivered the replacement of all windows on our Wells Street building. The windows will improve the comfort & thermal efficiency of the building. They have also noticeably improved acoustics within our offices, reducing noise from the busy streets outside.
Weโve started a programme of toilet refurbishments throughout New Cavendish, with the ground floor ladies recently completed and the remaining ground floor facilities scheduled to start after the forthcoming Open Day. Weโll continue to deliver these throughout the building.
We delivered the refurbishment of both NCS lecture theatres, including the reupholstery of all seats (to reduce waste to landfill), improved acoustics and the installation of power and USB outlets along all benches to support our studentโs needs.
The redevelopment of @thesohopoly, the hidden gem within our Riding House St part of LTS, including the installation of a lift to make the theatre accessible and inclusive.
New, modern toilet facilities were delivered at Regent St, providing much-needed degendered and accessible cubicles, which the Regent St campus previously didnโt offer.
The popular addition of cycle racks on the front podium of NCS. A large, secure, cycle store is currently in development in the car park which will include a cycle repair station plus private, degendered, shower & changing booths to support our Active Travel and EDI initiatives.
