🇰🇪🤝🇬🇳 Building Bridges, Strengthening Institutions, Celebrating African Solidarity! 🌍
The Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Kenya to UNESCO was delighted to welcome @ledamalekina, Senator for Narok County, during his visit to Paris to participate in the UNESCO Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Ministerial Forum.
Received by Amb. Kasera Achayo, Deputy Permanent Delegate, the Senator engaged the Delegation in a cordial and insightful exchange on leadership, governance, institutional excellence, and the importance of transparent, accountable, and effective diplomatic representation.
The engagement was preceded by a delightful luncheon graciously hosted by the Senator, bringing together Delegation staff and accompanying guests from the Republic of Guinea, including Ms. Halimatou Diallo, a young Fulani professional with academic and professional experience in Canada.
From reflections on the Senator's journey as a young Maasai navigating the wider world to conversations on Kenya's future, African identity, youth aspirations, and international opportunities, the occasion beautifully illustrated the power of dialogue, shared experiences, and meaningful human connections.
✨ Beyond the meeting room, diplomacy thrives through friendship, cultural exchange, and a shared commitment to a stronger, more connected Africa.
The Delegation extends its appreciation to Hon. Sen. Olekina and the accompanying guests for an enriching engagement.
