‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ the rap! Big shout out to @MichaelRosenYes @HelenOxenbury & the @BIGPictureBooks @WalkerBooksUK crew for creating and sharing this classic. Remember: you can’t rap a book if you can’t read a book. Over to you and your crew now.

Think twice before entering lakes & rivers to cool off, because it's often deeper & colder than it looks!
🥶When cold water shock takes hold it can leave you gasping for breath & you can find yourself in real danger. Stay safe by only entering water in designated swimming areas.
Happy Friday folks - life is pretty full on at the moment. It’s been a busy week, and I’ve found across the week that time outside is helping me relax and refocus ☀️
