So blessed to get an extra afternoon speed/explosion session with @HeathEvans44. 10 Year NFL vet, mighty Man of God, one of the best to ever lace them up! Not only is he one of the best coaches in the country from a speed/explosion standpoint, his mental coaching and mentorship have helped me reach new levels. He’s made it clear that at the higher levels of sport it’s the mental prep and strength that separates. Could not be more grateful for his investment in me as an athlete and young man. A quick example of the intensity of a speed and strength workout with the SB Champ! @AledoHFC @coachrdodge @rhettlashlee @_ParkerStone @JayMarch @coachGriz91 @JR_Sandlin @jose_soria99 @BillyEmbody @SMUFB @MustangStudioCo @SMUMustangsOn3
