At #solarfarm hearing @CUBWI says that, 'the acquisition could be a great deal for ratepayers, but that depends on assumptions playing out over time.' Asks @PSCWisconsin to add two conditions 1) a risk sharing mechanism and a 2) 5% cost overage rather than the requested 10%.
