I still have a very clear memory of my first time in a country I'd never been to before. I was 21 years old, and just thinking, oh wow, the world is actually huge. I knew that, of course, but it’s different when you actually experience it for yourself. There’s so much beauty out there, so many places to see and things to experience. I want to see as much of it as I can. You should too.

I’m 44 years old. If I live to 85, I have 41 years left. That’s 14,965 days. Sounds like a lot. But if I subtract time sleeping (104,755 hours/24 = 4,365 days)….. I have 10,600 waking days left. If I subtract time doing things I have to do (eating, commuting, chores)….. I probably have 8,729 days of actual free time left. 8,729 days to build what I want to build. To spend time with people I love. To do things that matter. I haven’t even added a number of things like the 10 minutes of looking at a bunch of charts, 20 minutes of scrolling, the time spent learning new skills and the time spent exercising. Or the time spent waiting in lines, sitting in traffic, or handling small responsibilities. When you frame it like that….. You stop wasting time. You stop wasting time on things that don’t matter. You stop arguing with strangers on the internet. You stop watching shows you don’t even like. You stop doing things out of obligation. I don’t know where that number stands for you, but a few thousand days really isn’t a lot in my opinion. Spend them wisely. Own your city. Own CVRE.

Heard from the dev over at Hookr this morning. They are going to give me credit and comp related to several custom hook ideas that I've submitted and worked on over the past several weeks. These hook concepts will likely be used on their broader platform in the future.

Just as streaming services like Netflix profit by increasing subscription prices, these AI companies will profit by reducing tokens on plans, or simply charging more per token, or making the same tasks cost more tokens. It’s going to “enshittify“ further for more profit making the profit worse or cost more.

Someone asked ... "Why should I care about Pulsechain when Ethereum exists?" Here's my answer. Ethereum is the OG. It is the standard and also the foundation. Pulsechain will never replace it even if a lot of folks say it is a better Ethereum. It serves a completely different purpose. Ethereum is for high-value transactions, for institutional money and protocols with billions in TVL. Pulsechain is for retail, in my opinion. It's for developers who want to build without worrying about cost. It is also for communities that want to own their own ecosystems. Both can exist and they can both serve different users. You don't have to choose. You can use Ethereum for your big moves and Pulsechain for everything else. That's the beauty of a multi-chain world. It is not competing. It is complementing. Own your city. Own CVRE.

I see it as a partially cultural and partially economic thing. Culturally, you want to develop your own social status before becoming part of a couple (getting married) or becoming a parent. That might mean studying, reaching a certain professional standard or making enough money to live a comfortable life, it depends on the person. This will cause a delay in the process of deciding to get married/becoming a parent. Also, more people are no longer content to be just part of a couple/parents (and it's not just about money). You want to have the respect of your peers and you can no longer get that just from checking those two boxes. The economic side isn't just about costs, it's also about providing your family/children a life that is at least as comfortable as yours. It's true that you can raise 4-5 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment, but why would you do that to them? In any case, I think it's part of the evolution of society - going from a mass of reproduction machines (think about how many kids you needed to have a few decades ago) to accomplished individuals. The next step will probably be going from accomplished to extraordinary individuals (if we don't manage to blow up the planet meanwhile). The economic side, unfortunately, is having a hard time keeping up, because we build our economic models on a continuous increase of the population and our social networks on tribalism. So all we can do is make an individual decision and hope for the best.
The nuclear family is disappearing in parts of America’s biggest cities, per a new Institute for Family Studies report. In some neighborhoods of Cleveland, Washington, D.C., Milwaukee and Detroit, fewer than 1 in 4 households with children are headed by married couples. The biggest “marriage desert” is South Central and Southeast Detroit, where just 13% of householders are married.

What does a typical Sunday look like for you? Sunday roast? TV? Playing with the kids? Leaving the week’s homework to last minute? Working? What do you do most Sundays?

It’s Sunday. Go forth and touch grass. Spend some time with your spouse and friends. When you are done, come back and DCA into CVRE, and prepare for TokenHaven’s launch :)

I just saw a Tesla that had a bumper sticker that said "We bought this before we knew Elon was crazy" and it made me chuckle. Seems small but it totally made my day.

There are three types of people in Pulsechain right now. People who hold CVRE. People who are about to hold CVRE. People who will explain later why they always knew about CVRE.

Gotta move the actual wealth before the dollar falls even further.
BREAKING: Central banks around the world are quietly stockpiling four times as much gold as usual and are moving it out of the US, per FORTUNE

I bought a piece of art once because it genuinely made me feel something and I couldn't explain what. It's been on my wall for six years. I still feel something when I look at it.

One question I get from developers who want to grow their business is how to build trust with investors quickly. Honestly, you don’t. Trust takes time, and there’s no shortcut of any kind. What you can do is give people fewer reasons to doubt you. Make your documents clear. Communicate properly. Answer questions instead of deflecting them and also telling investors things they don't want to hear before they have to ask. Every time you do those things you're not building trust exactly. You're removing any block that might prevent trust from forming. The investors who’ve backed me three or four times have seen how I operate. They know what to expect because they’ve been through it with me. I’m still building my own business, so I’m learning along the way too haha. But one thing I’m certain of is that trust has to be earned over time. It is worth more than a good pitch.

Do you follow crypto news? One thing you’ll constantly see is tokenization. This is not another narrative like DeFi or NFTs. Banks and major financial institutions are actively exploring tokenization. I believe tokenization is going to be a big part of the future of finance, and I’ll do my best to make sure TokenHaven has a place in that future. We’re building for the long term. Own your city. Own CVRE.
