Please keep Gogoat in your thoughts. Nothing happened, they're just fun to think about from time to time 🌿 #PokemonChampions

The VGC meta right now is OK but some of the top mons' designs are starting to feel a little dated. Think of Rillaboom for example, he's just some gorilla that's strong, belongs in Gen 1. Spice him up with traits like being smart, using a bubble shield, and having a tesla cannon

This is 100% a lesson that's best learned early on in VGC, but especially for those who've had strong performances early but then struggled later. At the end of the day you'll only continue to improve if you're enjoying the game because your toughest opponent is you

There is a thin line between competitive spirit and toxicity. Some players are so focused on winning that they are insufferable to play against, we've all met opponents like that at regional. Relax, be kinder, learn empathy. We are just playing a children video game

The part that really blows my mind is back to back regional wins with 12 different Pokemon absolutely historic. Huge congrats to Joe for such legendary runs!

not to wade into the drama, but fwiw, every "teambuilding group" at least started as a group of friends who met at an event (local, regional, etc.), decided they liked each other and had fun talking about Pokemon together. It's really not more complicated than that.

Back when I was a kid one of my favorite things was reading peoples war stories and team reports. There was this magic and beauty in the story and the choices that allowed them to achieve a strong finish. Using AI to tell your story is just flat out loser behavior.

i've known brady for so many years and I think that's always made me partial to him and brush his mistakes as juvenile stupidity with ultimately a good heart. But like we aren't kids anymore, bro you're wrong and you're stubborn about it. at least just read the room @vgccorner
