I really enjoyed Paul Trembley's Horror Movie and Cat Valente's Space Oddity last year. Both real excellent works worthy of a read.
If Academy 27 isn't nominated for the Scribe Awards, I'll be seriously disappointed! It's such a phenomenal piece of work that deserves recognition. It feels like the kind of excellence the IAMTW made the awards to celebrate in the first place.

With "Apple Tree Yard" as my submission for the IAMTW Scribe Awards, I'm crossing my fingers this will be my year. It's my strongest and most notable submission, and I hope folks give it a shot :) . Also eligible for other awards in the novelette category!

The world is very scary and tiring. A lot of people have left Twitter. I guess I might too, in time.

It's Monday, or as I like to call it, "I worked over the weekend so this doesn't feel like anything new."
The world is too stressful, it's so hard to write my story these days. Which is the least of my concerns really...but I still want to complain about it for just a moment.

God says don't worry about your future. He's the Author of your story and He's already written the final chapter.
