We just love open water swimming
There's been a 45% increase in people taking part in open water swimming across the UK 🏊🏼
And numbers could be lifted by another rising tide – a new partnership between Swim Wales, Welsh Triathlon and Welsh Water.

Introducing Jon Hatfield as the new chair of Caerphilly Triers. Jon is one of the founding members and has been a key part of the committee and coaching team for the last 4 years. A fantastic ambassador, we wish you all the best in continuing to build the success of the club 👏
After 4 incredible years, our chair and founder has decided to hand over the reigns on what has become a hugely successful triathlon club in South Wales. Thank you Amy for all your hard work and for giving us Caerphilly Triers. (1/2)
Happy birthday Boss , here she is keeping the club supporters happy with vodka shots at 8am at @IRONMAN_Wales
Just leaving this here #stayclassy #bestkit
So @GogTriathlon reckon they have the best triathlon kit in Wales 🏴. Let’s do this 👊....#kitoff @WelshTriathlon

Such sad news for our friends at Port Talbot Harriers, Garry was a great ambassador for our sport. Our thoughts are with Garry’s family and friends at this sad time.
Today we mourn the loss of our coach, our role model and our friend. Garry Vaughan was an inspirational triathlete, marathon runner and #Ironman. Our deepest condolences to Garry’s beautiful family. We are going to miss your big smile, encouragement and your dedication. ❤️🖤🤍
Well done Phil
62-year-old triathlete Phil Murrow would have been competing in Canada right now, had the World Championships not been called off due to #coronavirus
However, he is preparing to represent Great Britain at next summer's competition in Bermuda

Spot any local beauty spots that need attention drop me a line. We at @CaerphillyTri have around 20 volunteers wanting to help. #trierstaketrash
The first of our organised family litter picks. Sad to see our favourite beauty spots around Caerphilly covered in litter !
Is it really that hard to take it home 🤷♀️
Fantastic to see so many club members signing up to get involved with our new little project

How my Friday nights have changed! My crusade to protect our beautiful countryside has started. One simple post to club members @CaerphillyTri has already drummed up 20 volunteers. Watch this space.
