@Lowes I had an extremely frustrating experience with my recent appliance order and have reviewed no follow-up from your customer service team to sort things out. During the process I spoke to reps at my local store, customer srvc and the warehouse with no resolution.

Nothing says, I think I'm reeeeeally important, than spelling someone's name wrong in an email replay where the correct name was included many times. At that point, you have to try to spell it wrong.
