Imagine an AI goes rogue on $TAO Subnet 69. ☠️
You need to shut it down. Immediately.
You: Who has the kill switch?
Bittensor community: The subnet is decentralized.
You: Okay, who controls execution?
Community: It’s governed by incentives.
You: THE AI IS GOING ROGUE. 😭
Community: Have you considered buying more $SUBNET69 to align incentives?
Meanwhile, the subnet token is down 40%, the holders are arguing about governance, the subnet owner is posting a thread about decentralization, and the AI has already outperformed everyone in the Discord server. 💀
Meanwhile, on ICP: You can architect AI execution around smart-contract-controlled logic, explicit permissions, and mechanisms to pause or restrict operations.
The goal isn’t just to decentralize AI.
It’s to make sure you have a credible way to control what happens when things go wrong.
Because imagine explaining to a rogue AI that it needs to stop operating, but first the subnet token holders need to reach consensus. 😂
Bittensor: Decentralized AI, powered by incentives.
$ICP: Decentralized AI, with programmable control over execution.

Let there be .icp
Companies have .com. Organizations have .org.
Our application for .icp passed @ICANN’s initial review and is now public in the 2026 new gTLD round.
The Internet Computer extends the internet. If approved, sovereign software and AIware get their own top-level domain.
Let there be .icp
The funniest thing about the blockchain industry is watching people celebrate entire ecosystems of projects built to compensate for what their favourite Layer 1 cannot do natively. 😂
$ETH needs $FIL and $AR for decentralized storage.
It needs $TIA and ethereum:0xec53bf9167f50cdeb3ae105f56099aaab9061f83 for alternative data-availability infrastructure.
It needs $LINK to bring external data on-chain.
It has an entire ecosystem of Layer 2s like $ARB, $OP and $base because scaling Ethereum directly comes with trade-offs.
It has ethereum:0xa27ec0006e59f245217ff08cd52a7e8b169e62d2 and $rail working on privacy-related use cases because transparent public ledgers don’t provide financial privacy by default.
It has $scrt and $oasis exploring confidential computation and privacy-preserving applications.
It has $akt and $io for decentralized compute infrastructure.
It has The $grt for indexing and querying blockchain data.
It has $w and $zro for cross-chain messaging.
It has $lpt for decentralized video infrastructure.
And the list goes on.
To be clear, these are not all bad projects. Many are excellent innovations. But collectively, they demonstrate how much additional infrastructure developers may need to assemble around a base chain to build a complete application.
Now look at the Internet Computer $ICP
Persistent storage? Canisters.
Compute and application state? Canisters.
Web hosting and backend execution? Canisters.
External API calls? HTTPS outcalls.
Threshold cryptography and cross-chain signing? Chain-key cryptography.
Autonomous smart-contract execution? Canisters with timers.
On-chain applications that serve web content? Supported natively.
Instead of treating the blockchain as merely a place to settle transactions and outsourcing everything else to a growing stack of protocols, ICP was designed to bring much more of the application stack into the decentralized network itself.
And that’s what makes the ICP thesis so interesting: it’s not just competing to be another Layer 1. It’s competing to be the infrastructure on which the entire application runs.
Yet people will happily shill another ecosystem’s tenth infrastructure layer while overlooking a network designed around a much broader vision. The case is same with $sol $sei $sui $s $apt $inj $avax $near and every other layer 1.
The irony is incredible. 🤷♂️
Stop judging ICP as just another smart-contract chain. Judge it as a decentralized computing platform.
Imagine an AI agent goes rogue.
My first question: Can we constrain its execution with smart contracts, enforce rules on chain and build verifiable decentralized applications around it?
The $TAO shiller’s first question: “Have you checked our latest subnet?”
💀
I’m not saying every AI model must run entirely on chain. I’m saying AI needs verifiable execution, enforceable constraints and infrastructure we can actually control.
That’s why $ICP deserves serious attention.
And the cherry on top? One native ICP token across an integrated tech stack, versus Bittensor’s subnet ecosystem with potentially different tokens for different subnets.
But sure, bro. Tell us again how everything will be built on Bittensor. 😂
I went to build an AI agent on $TAO @bittensor. Couldn’t find the complete stack I wanted, so I went to $ICP.
Then I wanted to run AI logic on-chain. Back to ICP.
Then I wanted smart contract controlled execution. ICP again.
Then I wanted decentralized hosting and compute in the same ecosystem. Guess where I ended up? 😂 yes $ICP
Meanwhile, Bittensor shillers: “We’re building it on Bittensor.”
Cool. Which subnet? Which token? 😂
ICP has one native token powering an integrated tech stack. Bittensor’s subnet model can mean a different token for different subnets.
At some point the shilling becomes more decentralized than the actual application.
@dfinity The place you end up after the narrative runs out. 🚀 Hey @Grayscale you wanna bet ?
You know its a grift when projects tweet like this $QTC is a grift. I repeat. Its a grift. money will be made but facts are facts.

The problem with people who think @quantnetwork is simply going back to $60–70 is that they don’t understand Quant’s history.
Those of us who were around during the earlier years, especially in the Quant Telegram community, remember what Gilbert said, the discussions that followed and the questions many of us repeatedly asked.
We asked for proof.
What we often received were vague explanations and references that required us to read between the lines. $QNT name was never mentioned explicitly and much of what the community believed had to be pieced together from pilots, partnerships, announcements, and hints. We had to make the connection ourselves and assume that Quant was actually behind some of these initiatives.
People who questioned this were often dismissed and many community members eventually left or were banned. I was one of those people constantly asking for evidence rather than simply accepting the narrative.
But with the two recent announcements, the picture has changed dramatically. What was once speculation and inference is now becoming increasingly tangible. Things that many of us had been trying to understand years ago are finally becoming visible. And that is why someone who has only recently discovered Quant and sees it merely as another cryptocurrency that pumped 5–6× and think that it will go back to where it was, is missing the entire point.
The real magnitude of Quant cannot be understood by looking only at its chart. You have to understand the history. You have to understand what was being discussed years before the market was paying attention. For me, after $ICP, Quant is one of the very few projects I see as having the potential to become fundamental infrastructure for the future internet and not merely another token competing for speculative capital. A lot of today’s projects will eventually disappear. We have already seen it happen with projects such as Waves, Stratis, EOS, NEO and countless others that were once considered important names in crypto. Markets will eventually separate the infrastructure from the speculation. ✌️
The shorts are out of position structurally and financially. base:0xc08cd26474722ce93f4d0c34d16201461c10aa8c
$ICP takes the opposite approach. Compute, storage, HTTPS, cross chain integration and more are built into the protocol. Less middleware. Less fragmentation. One network. That architecture makes ICP special.
