In September of 2026, @CAgovernor issued an emergency order on #elninoprep. @CA_Trans_Agency Secretary of Transportation Toks Omishakin visited the bluffs near Crystal Cove State Beach to get a firsthand look at Caltrans’ efforts to stabilize the slope.

Caltrans cleans encampments of varying sizes with the assistance of our local partners. This encampment clean up took place in the City of Anaheim along SR-91 near I-5. 5 cubic yards of trash & debris was cleared away. @CAgovernor @CA_Trans_Agency
