We’re kicking off 10 years of @RippleSwell with a bang! 1/ Goes without saying, but it was an honor to open up our conference with @SecScottBessent. His leadership, alongside the current administration, has been instrumental in ensuring that responsible crypto can thrive in the US. I’m extremely grateful he spent time with us today. 2/ BIG partner news 🚨 we're bringing Ripple’s infrastructure to @RobinhoodApp (supporting both customer-facing services and core financial operations), from $RLUSD settlement on the @XRP Ledger to prime brokerage and treasury operations & expanding our relationship with @BNYglobal across custody and tokenized trade finance with RLUSD, XRP and the XRP Ledger. 3/ We are bringing digital assets to corporates 👀 → Ripple Treasury introduced 24/7 Returns designed to help corporates put idle cash to work outside banking hours utilizing stablecoins (this is one step further to realizing the vision of our Treasury management business). 4/ Last but certainly not least, @USOCC granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank! And it’s only day 0 (technically the Swell main event starts tomorrow!). More to come this week…

Big partnerships call for big ambitions! We're bringing the full power of Ripple’s blockchain infrastructure to @RobinhoodApp, one of the industry's largest retail and institutional trading platforms. From $RLUSD settlement on the @XRP Ledger to prime brokerage and treasury operations, this is our end-to-end strategy in action. 🚀

🚨NEW: @Ripple received full approval from the @USOCC to operate as a national trust bank, joining Circle, BitGo and Fidelity Digital Assets.
Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank. This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises. We’ve always said crypto and banks work better together — this is what that looks like. Real innovation, real accountability, federal oversight. The revolution isn't happening outside the system. It's happening from within it.

Final OCC approval for Ripple National Trust Bank is the result of a simple choice we made years ago: build within the regulatory perimeter, not around it. Clear rules + rigorous oversight create trust. And trust is what allows new financial infrastructure to scale.

🚨NEW: $XRP OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES ITS OWN WEBSITE — XRP.ORG IS NOW LIVE! 🤯🔥 The website highlights $XRP’s role in global payments, 3–5 SECOND settlements, fees below $0.01, and its use in tokenized real-world assets and AI-powered payments! 👉 It also explains XRP’s regulatory status, supply, and how to buy and safely transfer XRP. A fresh home for XRP! 🌍🚀

XRP doesn't care about market cap. • XRP Price = $100 • Circulating Supply = 50B XRP • Market Cap = $5 trillion • However, if each XRP is used for settlement 1,000 times a day, it could theoretically support a daily flow of $5 quadrillion. So, even with a market cap of $5 trillion, the actual value settled or represented by the network could far exceed that figure. SWIFT has no market cap, yet trillions of dollars flow through it daily. XRP acts as a bridge of liquidity in the world of tokenized finance, not as a store of value like gold. It is infrastructure. In utility-based adoption, does market capitalization matter? No, it's more about network usage, liquidity speed, and transaction throughput. If XRP were to power even a small fraction of the derivatives market, traditional market cap calculations would become completely irrelevant.

Today, the Clarity Act failed to advance in the Senate, a tremendous missed opportunity for American consumers, the digital asset industry, and U.S. competitiveness. What it doesn't change: Ripple and $XRP stand on settled ground. The Clarity Act may have fallen short, but the need for clear rules has not gone away. And neither has Ripple's commitment to helping build them. on.ripple.com/4AeG5CF

The battle over digital assets isn’t happening in legislative chambers—it already played out in the global economy. When hundreds of millions of ordinary people choose seconds over days and fractions of a cent over steep fees, the outcome is already decided. Wall Street’s adoption of blockchain infrastructure isn't ideological; it's basic arithmetic. Congressional stalling on procedural votes delays regulatory clarity, but it cannot slow the structural momentum. The architecture of traditional finance has already shifted toward transparency, real-time verification, and open ledgers. A procedural vote cannot undo the plumbing of the financial system. This battle was lost, but the War on Crypto already ended.

IT looks to me it is a personal vendetta against #Ripple and #XRP cause it is hitted the hardest, @bgarlinghouse it’s time to fight back once and for all !

1/ This one stings. Our team gave everything we had to get the Clarity Act across the finish line. So did most of the industry. This was an opportunity bigger than Ripple or one company - we did this for the industry, for consumers and to cement the US’s position as the crypto capital of the world and as a leader in the future of finance. Ultimately, consumers and U.S. competitiveness got left behind. 2/ A post mortem needs to be done on why this failed (more from me on that in the days ahead). The politics of the democrats (the anti-crypto army) was elevated over good policy. 3/ There is still reason for optimism for crypto in the United States. Now, the SEC, under Chair Atkins, and the CFTC, under Chair Selig, will continue to work hard to issue rules to fill the legislative gap and we will continue to be actively engaged in that rule making process. 4/ Ripple's business has never been stronger — real demand across traditional finance and the digital asset ecosystem. A missed vote in Washington doesn't change our momentum, our global footprint, or our customers.

A good reminder on how finance still works today… the Central Bank of Netherlands just spent months moving $11B in gold from New York to London. ~70% of it never actually left the ground. It was sold in NYC and repurchased in London. This reminded me of a story from 2013 – Germany took four years (!!) to move 674 tons of gold, worth $36 billion from vaults in Paris and New York. In the 10+ years between those two stories, crypto went from a $1.5B experiment to a $2.7T asset class + financial infrastructure with real liquidity behind it. What didn't change: central banks (and a lot of the world frankly) still moving value the way they did in the 1940s. Meanwhile self-driving cars are navigating city traffic, AI has transformed how we work, Starlink gives you internet access from just about anywhere in the world. But the best way to move value isn’t to actually move it? It’s confounding… This an ideal use case for crypto - storing and then moving value instantly, securely, around the world, at little to no cost. How are people still fighting this?! bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Great to be back at the White House today alongside @realDonaldTrump, @SECPaulSAtkins, @ChairmanSelig and leaders across the crypto industry. The big picture has never been clearer: 67 million Americans hold crypto today (that’s nearly 1 in 4!). Crypto isn't a fringe industry. And Washington DC knows the crypto voter is alive and well. This President's incredible commitment to innovation and leadership around digital assets in the US has been profound. The future is bright.

In the last year, we’ve seen the veritable light switch flip – from bank pilots to production, from issuing tokenized assets like money market funds and liquidity funds to using them! Institutional capital markets are moving in one direction -- onchain 24/7. At Ripple, our goal remains to provide the full stack of digital asset infrastructure – allowing institutional participants to take advantage of the entire lifecycle of a tokenized asset on the XRP Ledger.

Deepening our push into capital markets, we are investing in ZILO and Licuido to add regulated transfer agency, issuance and collateral mobility to our capital markets infrastructure built on the XRPL. This comes on the heels of Aviva Investors tokenising its US Dollar Liquidity Fund on the XRPL last week - a clear signal that institutions are ready to move. Ripple is here to help them. on.ripple.com/4fErGpS
