Isn't that many people needing to pool together to buy one home and indication Australia's housing is in crisis rather than a good thing?
BREAKING: 60,000 Queenslanders have bought their first home thanks to our 5% deposit scheme.

While Ben Carroll may not have been the one to put the knife in Allan's back. But he certainly was the person that withdrew it from her back, like Excalibur, to become King. #springstreet #auspol

At #npc last week, @PaulineHansonOz lamented that it was 'impossible to sack someone nowadays'. She should be pleased to know that isn't the case, just ask her mate @karlstefanovic #auspol

They are just trying to replay the Keating era change and backflip when the property market had a downturn. If it is a home (you actually live in it) it isn't an issue, you aren't selling. And if you do, you buy in the same market.
Wasn't this the actual plan? To make it easier for young people to buy a home? Hopefully, it will drop a little bit more. #auspol

The barefoot investor thinks that the budget changes don’t impact the VAST majority of people’s current savings & investment plans As for those it does? They’ll be fine “The wealthiest people in the country. Living in one of the wealthiest countries in the world…life is good.”

I'd reckon owning multiple negative geared properties with interest only mortgages might make landlords highly sensitive to interest rate increase. Rates go up, rents go up.
There’s no denying Australia is in a housing crisis. But what’s really driving it? Supply, migration, tax policy? Housing advocate Maiy Azize and property investor Jack Henderson join Karl for a fiery debate. Live now – link in bio.

Mate, best you get rid of those stamp duties the states were meant to remove when the GST came in before you show your ignorance of progressive tax scales.

A bit surprised Timmy's political strategy is to platform all the people that didn't vote for LNP last election.
So many self-starters are sharing their stories about how the CGT changes will impact them. Share yours at notthetax.com.au

Haha, you will need to learn to count to 40 before that happens.
When One Nation win seats in the next Victorian parliament, we will relocate the new Daniel Andrews statue to a special Museum of Underwater Art in Antartica.

If the LNP can't tell us today what indexing the tax scales will cost now how will they manage the budget if they don't know what indexation costs year to year? #auspol

You reckon?... At this point I am not sure anyone could win a leadership vote.🤣

Pointing out "Farley once flirted with Labor" may actually be a net positive... many One Nation voters might identify with that. Most One Nation voters previously supported the "establishment", they look at those corflutes and think "he's our man, I am also sick of them too".

My issue with Carlton claiming they weren't aware of odd behaviour of player. Given the obligation the club has to monitor players for potential head injuries they should be monitoring for altered behaviour throughout the game. Therefore they should have noticed it during game.
Carlton has pleaded for privacy as the club braces for a massive fine and more details emerge about Elijah Hollands’ episode. Full story: bit.ly/4cqL2gA

Sounds like an excuse the USA is using to save face for Trump.
🚨MAJOR BREAKING: The New York Times just reported why the Strait of Hormuz isn’t reopening. Iran can’t find all the mines it deployed. And doesn’t have the capability to remove them.

Every time the Evil Cheezel chickens out people are relieved. In the short term it is a relief, long term this gets more and more dangerous. Each TACO moment ratchets up pressure on Trump and makes it more likely the next time he will follow through. Fix it now, while you can.

Democrat and Independent supporters that did *not* vote need to take a significant portion of the blame too.
Let me be clear. "WE" ARE NOT ALL TO BLAME.
