@British_Airways our bags didn’t make it onto our flight BA223 on 3/5/25, they were supposed to come on 4/5/25 but you cancelled the flight and they’ve not been loaded onto today’s flight as my AirTag shows the cases as still at LHR. Your cust svc team refuse to help. Can you?
