🚀 How SN498 solves the Climate MRV annotation bottleneck
Manually labeling millions of satellite tiles with human arborists is too slow and too expensive to scale. So we built a multi-stage AI verification engine to produce our "Golden Samples" (the ground truth miners are scored against).
🔍 Every tile goes through tiered consensus verification before it's certified, not single-pass inference.
📊 In internal cross-validation against certified human experts on the same chips, we measured a 5–10% variance gap.
⚙️ This verified set now powers SN498's live consensus and scoring.

🚀 Architecture v1.5 is live on testnet. No more winner-takes-all: validators now pick the best annotations per image from every miner, so all contributions are valued and incentivized. Early results show higher-fidelity data. And this strength is only in decentralization where subnet consider best little little contributions from every contributing eligible miners and get high diverse result instead to discard other miners effort except top one.
