Yep. Had to make payments from my own account because I can't get in the app. Called up this morning and the automated balance said I had zero in the account. Very upsetting and their crappy tweet is amateur and not commensurate with the impact.
@Cashplus any news on why the app is showing zero balance or just not logging in?

Don't fall for @Cashplus brilliant until you happen across some Karen in the back office that wants you to dance before giving you your rights under a direct debit indemnity. No wonder block chain technology was needed to eradicate the need for these 'trusted institutions'.
