1/ In theory, it should be possible to connect Capitalisk DEX to new blockchains by getting ChatGPT to create custom adapters. A DEX market requires just 3 small adapters. 1 cryptography adapter, 1 DEX back end adapter for validators and 1 front-end adapter for the DEX UI.
2/ Each of these is typically less than 1K lines of code. See example for ARK blockchain:
