Whether Lula won or lost, the procedures surrounding yesterday’s Brazilian election are highly questionable at best – and ought to remind everyone that Lula is one of the most corrupt figures in international politics. But no one on the Left cares about election integrity when it’s a Leftist figure screwing with it.

Comey is a leaker and a liar. And a rat. Given his penchant for leaking and lying (e.g., his stupid memos), it will be interesting to see which Russian-collusion-related hoax claims from Comey are the subject of this particular indictment.

If, by the way, the same situation that just happened in Brazil had happened but with the parties switched -- if Bolsonaro had won last night's election and then a pro-Bolsonaro judge sent the Federal Police to seize Lula's passport and bar him from leaving the country -- every major western media outlet and liberal NGOs would be screaming about the authoritarian attack on Brazil's elections and the destruction of basic freedoms.

One day after Lula was declared the winner of Brazil's elections, his opponent -- Sen. Flavio Bolsonaro -- just had had his passport seized by the Federal Police.
Theose police were sent by notorious tyrant Judge Alexandre de Moraes. What a lovely democratic image.

True to form, Brazil's President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva immediately pledged censorship after the victory for the far left. He added, "I was chosen by God. I always found that I had God’s finger on my head.” God, it appears, favors the denial of natural rights like free speech.

The major question in Brazil…
At exactly 5pm, a code is supposed to be entered that closes and locks the voting machines. Once a machine is locked, it can’t accept any more votes. It’s irreversible.
The Supreme Court extension was relayed a few minutes after polls were supposed to be closed and machines locked.
So… which machines were kept open? In what districts were those machines? And why weren’t they locked at 5pm?

Lula put his own former lawyer on the Supreme Court.
He asked the courts for voting to be extended by 2 hours. Skipped the court that should decide it and had that same former lawyer unilaterally decide to order it 2 minutes before polls close.
BUT only for places that still had voting open, which were mainly Lula strongholds that were aware of the request and waited for it to be granted.
This isn't just optics. They knew exactly what they were doing. It's open corruption.

Bolsonaro stronghold regions had already closed their polling stations. My understanding from elections past is that once the vote is finalized in the machine you can’t just turn it back on for more voting. Leftist areas did not shut off their machines or close polling stations. They were prepared. This is an attempt to steal the election.

Shameful news out of Georgetown Law.
New from me: Georgetown Law’s Student Bar Association passed a resolution this week condemning a Jewish attorney on Sen. Ted Cruz’s staff and accusing her of Islamophobia after she appeared on campus to discuss the Muslim Brotherhood and her work representing victims of terrorism.
Erielle Azerrad, Cruz's deputy chief counsel, spoke to students about the Brotherhood’s origins and how the group had expanded its operations in the US. She also noted the Muslim Students Association’s ties to the Brotherhood, though she disputed that such ties meant all Muslim students, or even all MSA members, were connected to the terrorist group.
The resolution accused Azerrad of promoting "Islamophobic beliefs and conspiracy theories" at the event and having a "well-documented record of false, bigoted, and harmful anti-Muslim rhetoric."

BREAKING: Fox News Digital reports that multiple sources familiar with the federal investigation identified Rep. Ilhan Omar’s name as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, rather than Ilhan Omar.
A former federal immigration judge said the name discrepancy could raise questions about government forms Omar has filed, including student loan, housing, passport and voter registration documents.
