A Restore Britain Government will ONLY grant British citizenships through marriage, subject to strict fraud checks. Nothing else.

Restore Britain will take firearms and shotgun licensing away from local police forces and put it under a dedicated and accountable national body.
Why?
Because farmers, gamekeepers and responsible firearms owners should not be left waiting months and months for licensing decisions. I know that better than most…
Police forces simply do not have the capacity, and often the knowledge.
Processing firearms and shotgun certificates takes up valuable time and resources that could be directed towards frontline policing. A total waste.
We propose a centralised licensing authority, modelled on the Passport Office, with consistent standards, properly trained staff and a straightforward application and renewal process.
No more postcode lottery, no more endless delays.
Restore Britain will back responsible gun owners.

The Wetherspoons poppy controversy has taken another turn.
According to the manager at Wetherspoons in Gosport, refusing entry to customers wearing a Remembrance poppy is supposedly company policy.
If true, that is absolutely disgraceful.
The poppy has been a symbol of remembrance for generations, honouring the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for our country.
It isn't divisive. It isn't political. It's something that should unite us as a nation.
Wetherspoons needs to urgently clarify whether this really is company policy.
I've been a loyal Wetherspoons customer for years, regularly visiting for breakfast.
I won't spend my money somewhere that treats the poppy as something to be ashamed of.

🇬🇧 I’d go so my children wouldn’t have to 🫡
I watched Alex Armstrong last night saying he couldn’t fight for his country, followed by a pile-on from the older generation on the panel. I can see both sides. The older generation believes we have a duty to defend our country, while the younger generation is asking why they should risk their lives for a government they feel has treated the working class with contempt.
As a veteran who has served on three operational tours, I understand the complexities of military service. I didn’t deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan as a soldier, although I worked in Afghanistan as a close protection officer. I would never presume to speak for those who endured countless tours, lost friends or returned with lifelong physical and psychological injuries. I work with veterans, and I know the sacrifices don’t end when the fighting stops.
This isn’t necessarily about young people refusing to defend their country. It’s about a generation who feel their country no longer respects them. Many have been criticised simply for displaying patriotism, yet could one day be expected to put on a uniform and make the ultimate sacrifice. That’s a conversation worth having, rather than dismissing their concerns.
Would I fight for my country again? Yes. But not for any government. I’d fight for the men and women standing beside me, for my family and for the generations coming after us.
And perhaps this is where my answer becomes personal. I’d rather they sent me than my children. I’ve lived my life. I want my children to live theirs, to marry, have children of their own and grow old. If sacrificing my life meant my children, or someone else’s children, could have that future, I’d do it.
So I understand Alex, and I understand the older generation on that panel. Patriotism, duty, sacrifice and trust in government are not the same thing. You can love your country while feeling profoundly let down by those governing it.
For me, the answer is simple, even if the question isn’t.
I’d go so my children wouldn’t have to.

I’ve just been released on bail, and the case they’re trying to bring against me is an absolutely shocking attack by the establishment.
First of all, I’m banned from central London, including Westminster, and I’m also prohibited from attending or reporting on any Gen Z-style protests taking place in the UK. This is absolutely absurd and, in my view, nothing more than an attempt by the establishment to stop me from doing my work.
Secondly, during my interview, they were unable to provide any witnesses. Nobody involved in the Gen Z protests came forward with a statement or any evidence against me, yet they’re still attempting to pursue a case.
My duty solicitor did little to challenge the conditions imposed on me and didn’t seem particularly interested in contesting them.
More footage of what happened today will be coming out soon. The whole situation was absolutely insane.

🔊 Operation Herrick 🇦🇫 :
26th October will mark a profound moment of reflection as we look back on the day Camp Bastion was officially handed over by British forces in 2014, signaling the end of the UK's combat operations in Helmand Province.
For over a decade, Camp Bastion stood as the beating heart of the British campaign in Afghanistan.
Its handover was not just a logistical milestone, but the closing chapter of a monumental era that deeply shaped a generation of our Armed Forces.
As we remember the end of this conflict, we hold closest to our hearts the extraordinary sacrifices made throughout Operation Herrick.
We honor the 457 British personnel who gave their lives in service, never returning home to their families.
Their names are permanently etched into our national consciousness, and their bravery will never be forgotten.
We also recognize the thousands who returned with life changing physical and psychological wounds, and the enduring resilience of the families who supported them from home.
To everyone who served, who sacrificed, and who stood the watch:
Thank you. Your duty, courage, and camaraderie in the face of unimaginable adversity will forever be remembered.
Lest we forget🌹

Today is Balaclava Day. The anniversary of the Charge of the Light Brigade, marked on this day in perpetuity by the cavalry regiments that participated. My own regiment, The Royal Hussars (PWO) @royal_hussars marks it with “Gunfire” at dawn - tea with rum, as handed out to the troopers on that morning in 1854.
To the six hundred! HUZZAR!
“Half a league, half a league, half a league onward, All in the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred.
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns!”

My week with Restore Britain.
On Saturday morning our Scarborough and Whitby team was out on Bridge End in Whitby, talking with residents and thanking everyone who stopped for a chat.
Restore hit a record 8% in the big Electoral Calculus and Find Out Now MRP this week, and now has over 13,000 members in Scotland.
We also announced Cllr James Bensly as our candidate for Lowestoft and Cllr Don Whitaker for Burnley, and there are thirteen action days running this weekend for council by-elections.
I passed 3,750 followers this morning too. Thank you to everyone who has been sharing and getting involved. 🇬🇧
