Was a pleasure to catch up with Tom Prebble for the first time. Such a wonderful lad to have a chat with and spend the afternoon with.
He’ll be in the corner of Australian’s best featherweight MMA fighters Jack Jenkin’s when Blind Raise goes around in the Cox Plate tomorrow. 🤞
J Mac @mcacajamez being a comedian feeling sorry for me handing over a commemorative Cox Plate. Easy to win 4 he says 😡
Starting next week I’ll be running the bet with greats. Will go right up ending of the Flemington 4 day carnival.
Already well over a 1000 buy ins and for only $50 it should be great entertainment. Easy to join, just go to my SB Feed or enter the code.

So honoured and humbled to have a race named in our families honour again today for the second running of The Taggart. It’s been four years today at this meeting that dad passed away at the races shortly after he had retired.
Enviable is my tip.
We miss you, Les 🤍
A familiar face at the MRC for more than four decades, Les Taggart left an enduring mark on our community.
Today we honour the racing legacy of father and son, Les and David, with the running of The Taggart.
