Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

.@Enter_Elysium is shaping up to be more than an execution layer for Hyperliquid.
the testnet already has teams building across launches, liquidity, NFTs, gaming, prediction markets and DeFi.
here are the projects on my radar:
➥ Launchpads & Liquidity:
@AscendLaunch @SignalFam @ChainzyLabs @CorePad_hl @oxleydotfun @Bunnypadfun @MontraXYZ
different mechanisms, same goal: making it easier to launch and trade new assets on Elysium.
➥NFTs & Gaming:
@kalosfun @AtlasHL @eloscapeHQ @archuntx
these projects could help Elysium expand beyond pure trading and bring more consumer-facing use cases to the ecosystem.
➥ Markets & DeFi:
@hyperflip_xyz @yochigg @TemporalFinance @Elypact @Pantheonindex @EnsoBuild
prediction markets, options, OTC trading, indexes and DeFi routing are already taking shape across the ecosystem.
➥ What matters next?
the ecosystem is still early. Some projects are live on testnet, while others are announced or still building.
mainnet on November 9th will be the first real test of execution, liquidity and user retention.
watch the builders that ship.

tldr: get ready for $150 $HYPE in coming months
An illustration of what I was saying in this tweet
Obviously, $HYPE is now 4x larger than on its January bottom, so it gets increasingly harder to push it higher after bullish news
(My bias would be for more pain in the short-term but as you can see on the chart, in 2026 it's been more interesting to look for longs after a -20% drawdown)

you know @Enter_Elysium tokyo deployment is exactly
the kind of update i wanna see before a trading-focused chain launches...
a prop amm quoting off stale hypercore data can get picked off perfectly efficiently on a very fast chain. congratulations on processing the loss quicker, i guess...
elysium is deploying its hyperliquid node at @TheHUB inside equinix TY15 in tokyo. builders can colocate their own systems there on bare-metal servers, with preferred terms. the node will feed hypercore and hyperevm state into elysium, with contract access to hypercore order books, prices and positions planned as well...
for a market maker, fresher reference prices could mean less time leaving a stale quote available to trade against. with a reliable view of depth and its own inventory, a strategy could adjust spreads and size before accepting more exposure. lower adverse-selection losses could then make tighter quotes economical, although being in tokyo alone proves none of that...
this is where i'd expect prop amms and cross-venue hedging systems to find a use for elysium. quote on elysium, manage inventory against hypercore liquidity, and adjust when the hedge becomes expensive. reading hypercore's book doesn't reserve that liquidity, though. the hedge still needs to execute, and the price can move between the read and the fill...
there is also a rollout detail worth keeping straight: mainnet is scheduled for november 9. thehub's article puts smart-contract access to hypercore data in a network upgrade about four weeks after launch. building around it now makes sense; assuming every part is available on day one doesn't...
my elysium dune dashboard compares matched-call cost and inclusion timing against hyperevm. this announcement makes a case for extending that work: how old is the hypercore state when a contract uses it, and how much does the market move before the hedge fills? those measurements aren't on the dashboard yet, and require separate instrumentation...
my bullish case is that elysium gives professional liquidity providers enough control over pricing and hedging to commit more size. i'd rather see a prop amm hold a competitive quote through a volatile session than another benchmark running cheap calls into an empty market...
Pro-grade market data, pro-grade infra, without leaving the Hyperliquid ecosystem
That's what Elysium builders get with @TheHUB in Tokyo 🫡

Elysium is deploying Hyperliquid infrastructure at @TheHUB in Tokyo.
The infrastructure will assist in feeding HyperCore + HyperEVM state directly to Elysium.
Elysium builders can also deploy servers alongside it, with bare-metal compute and low-latency connectivity inside Equinix TY15.
Builders on Elysium will also have access to preferred terms from The Hub, further accelerating their capabilities.

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.
