昨天，我正式完成了 #Cardano DRep 的註冊💙
按下送出的那一刻，我知道，這代表的不只是一個新的身份。更是一份必須被信任，也必須對得起信任的責任。
這並不是一個臨時起意的決定。
這段時間，我和亦師亦友的 @BullishDumpling 餃子姊聊了很多，也和 @eric821031 貓哥、@moskkkc KKC 哥，以及許多一路為 Cardano 默默努力的前輩與夥伴交換想法。
前幾天的實體聚會上，我也花了很多時間傾聽中文社群最真實的聲音。
．有人期待 Cardano 能走得更快；
．有人擔心治理逐漸演變成立場的對立；
．有人依然相信技術終將證明一切；
也有人開始懷疑，我們是否在一次又一次的爭論裡，慢慢忘記了真正重要的事情。
那些聲音，我一路帶著回家🌙
深夜裡，我反覆問自己一個問題：
如果只是對現狀抱怨，那很容易。
真正困難的是：
當你看見問題時，你是否願意站出來，成為願意承擔責任的人？
最終，我選擇了後者。

很多人是透過 YouTube 認識我的。
也有人因為一篇文章、一場直播，或一次社群聚會，而走進 Cardano。
一路走來，我很幸運能陪伴不少人踏出第一步。
．如果這幾年的分享，曾經讓某個人更理解 Cardano；
．如果某支影片，曾經讓某個人在熊市裡多了一份信心；
．如果一次活動，曾經讓兩個陌生人成為未來並肩前行的夥伴。
那就是我一路堅持到今天，最大的收穫。

這幾年，我持續寫文章、製作影片、舉辦活動、翻譯全球最新資訊，不是因為有人要求我這麼做。
而是因為我始終相信：
一個真正強大的生態，不只需要優秀的技術。更需要願意分享、願意合作、願意彼此信任的人。
技術建立基礎，而人與人之間的連結，決定一個生態能走多遠。

如今，Cardano 正式走進鏈上治理的新時代。
我相信一個成熟的治理，需要建立的不只是制度。
更是一種文化。
一種願意尊重事實、尊重數據，也尊重彼此的文化。
．我們能不能少一點情緒，多一點理性？
．能不能少一點立場之爭，多一點對成果的檢驗？
．能不能讓 Treasury 真正成為推動 Cardano 成長的引擎，而不是彼此消耗的戰場？
帶著這樣的信念，我決定成為一名 DRep。
我也希望向所有願意信任我的人，做出四個承諾。
📌 一、以數據與成果作為判斷依據
治理的核心，不應該是追逐聲量，也不應該迎合情緒。我會回到每一份提案本身，思考它是否能真正創造長期價值。
📌 二、支持真正能推動生態成長的建設者
我會優先關注那些能帶來真實使用者、TVL、商業模式，以及長期生態價值的團隊。讓每一筆 Treasury 資源，都能發揮最大的影響力。
📌 三、成為亞洲與全球治理之間的橋樑
亞洲從來不缺優秀的開發者與熱情的社群。我希望讓更多亞洲的聲音被世界聽見，也讓更多國際資源看見亞洲。讓 Cardano 的全球治理，有更多元、更完整的視角。
📌 四、堅持公開透明
每一次重要提案，我都會盡可能公開自己的研究、分析與投票理由。因為當你把投票權委託給我時，你交付的不只是 ADA。
更是一份珍貴的信任。
而信任，值得最認真的對待。

We have identified a subset of users that held a NIGHT balance in a SecondFi or Yoroi wallet at the time of the incident, captured by the snapshot, that was subsequently drained but not displayed fully in the recoverable balance.
In some cases, a subset of affected users have not received as much NIGHT as they should have received during the asset recovery process:
- The shortfall of NIGHT will be sent to their new destination wallet.
- If you have already submitted an asset recovery request, you do not need to repeat it.
- Users who have not made a recovery request yet can continue as normal, as the recoverable balance will be corrected today.
For avoidance of doubt, this does not relate to the NIGHT airdrop or NIGHT held in DeFi positions, which has been earlier communicated.
Security reminder: Since no action is required from affected users, please beware of phishing links or anyone messaging you to "claim" additional NIGHT tokens. Official updates are shared only by @secondfiapp and @secondfi_jp.
