SpaceX is lacking money to sustain its expansion. Negative cash flow, after IPO, not enough money, then raise debt, next year, merge with Tesla and then raise money again. Elon is the smartest guy in the room.
I am not touching $TSLA and $SPCX, not single share.

SpaceX $SPCX is finalizing a $40 billion debt raise at sharply higher borrowing costs than its previous financing, according to Semafor.
The lowest-rated portion is expected to carry an interest rate of around 8.3%, while a safer portion backed by AI chips could price near 7.75%.
The safer portion is expected to price more than 1 percentage point above where SpaceX's existing bonds trade.
The deal, led by Apollo and Goldman Sachs, is expected to be finalized next week.

Starship Flight 15 goes up next month and the most significant part will be the landing. SpaceX will try to catch the booster AND the ship with the chopstick tower arms on the SAME FLIGHT. No orbital rocket has ever been fully recovered. Elon puts the odds at more likely than not. History in the making!
A $SPCX and $TSLA merger is inevitable. 🚀
Think about what this would bring together under one company:
Autonomous vehicles, humanoid robots, AI data centers, energy storage, Starlink satellites, and rockets launching into space every week.
$SPCX is valued at approximately $2 trillion, while Tesla is worth around $1.5 trillion. That's a combined market value of roughly $3.5 TRILLION, even before any potential acquisition premium.
Wall Street is already exploring scenarios in which SpaceX acquires $TSLA in an all stock deal, potentially offering Tesla shareholders a premium.
And here's where things get interesting: Both companies have already formed special committees to explore a merger, and Elon Musk himself believes combining them would be a good idea.
One company. One vision. From autonomous cars on Earth to AI infrastructure in space.
This could become one of the most extraordinary technology companies ever created.
And I think it's only a matter of time. 🚀
