Made top 8 teams finally with @berrisaur and @mei_changu playing messiah. This deck is so good with the promo its not even funny. Shoutout to @Ootman23 for pilling me on the deck. Matches will be in the replies later if I remember to lol, was a long day.
For the people who see this, what do you think are the most forgiving decks rn in standard vg(bonus points for prem/all time)
If you dont know what forgiving is its basically like u can make x number of mistakes and still win games, the higher the x the more forgiving it is
This is big, so for people who don't know in EN community, JP announced "dead" games will have events at card game fest, and with this they just announced a banlist basically for buddyfight which fixes a lot of problems. Now we wait to see if en will get any events.

On one hand: yes you can be a top player with a full time job. On the other hand: getting to that top player level for the first time, building up those fundamentals that are then transferable to other formats or games, is significantly harder when you have other responsibilities

Had a crazy weekend at Toronto BSF with my first deck Nirvana Bagarvan topping both days! Shout-out to @Sinonikuh for getting me onto the deck, the Toronto locals/PSG gang, and Frankoise server friends. Really reminded me why I love playing this game despite suffering in it LOL

Made Top 16 at BSF Toronto Singles
Played Odium based off tech ideas from @kayharukawas
Most of my wins were just divine turn kills that were unguardable due to 4-4.5 Bane procs, a few were very lucky streaks of hitting triggers that I needed or moeflash damage #VGtopdecks
